「My stay was great, but I have found the Hotels.com website has absolutely no live customer service staff to help with booking errors or issues. I tried to resolve my issue before it became an issue, but they provide no telephone no. to customer service. I had to deal with the hotel staff to resolve my booking confirmation error. However, I had to pay for my room at the hotel, even though hotels.com received payment on booking. This took 2 more days to resolve somewhat. I was told I was...

「Our hotel room was very clean and everything was compacted. Being that we only slept there it worked for us, but, it was very small.」

「We stayed for 3 nights. It is very clean and convenient to the beaches and restaurants. There is parking on the side so you don’t have to deal with on the street parking. It would have been good if rooms came equipped with safes. Also breakfast was very basic and the same every morning: coffee and bagels, cereal (Cheerios or fruit loops) maybe include some bananas, apples and yogurts in the future. People at the front desk were very nice. We will definitely stay again. 」
