「Makanda inn is a very well maintained place. The room was very comfortable, and the staff was excellent. The breakfasts were delicious.」

「Beautiful quaint cabin! Had everything you could need. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.」

「This is an amazing place for a couple or small family to have a first or even small get away or vacation」

「The cabin was great! A few little extras for a welcome package. Did not skimp on the towels and bedding. Great decor. Loved it!!!」

「The cottage was clean, spacious, had 2 bathrooms (which is uncommon for small cabins). It was very well stocked with kitchen items, and the bath towels were awesome, the bed was very nice. It was peaceful and beautiful. The hostess, Suzie was easy to contact and helpful when we had a question upon checking ìn. I would recommend this place and would stay again if we are in the area!」

「High quality room, with farm privacy and atmosphere. We would recommend it and stay there again. Only one thing: The ladder to the loft bedroom is quite steep. My wife struggled a bit with it. But then, she is in her late 60's. Nevertheless, a good place that we will recommend. A/C worked well, and was needed. Room very clean. We hardly saw staff, which was fine, as we enjoyed our privacy.」

「It was a great base for us to bounce to several wineries and attractions. Hosts respond pretty much immediately to any questions. Highly recommend!」

「Quite woodland retreat. A wonderful cabin with two beds and a sitting area with TV and eating area. Great size room, not far from the main building where you order your dinner to go and eat it in your cabin due to COVID Friendly staff Bring your shampoo and conditioner 」

「Great experience, perfect spot for our staff working an event at Apple Creek! Host was great and excellent communication. Will stay again next time we are down to Apple Creek.」

「We were looking for a relaxing, comfortable place to stay away from crowds and close to nature. We found it here. The cabin was just secluded enough. It was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We were able to sit outside under the covered deck and enjoy the water view, deer and even a fox while the frogs chirped. The hot tub was a delight! The hosts were readily available and communicated well. We will definitely rebook!」

「This was a well-maintained, super cute cabin. The bed was comfy! The set up was great and everything we needed was provided. Would definately stay again!」

「As a host Kayla was 10 out of 10. She was friendly, helpful and always quick to respond to any messages. The property itself was very clean and comfortable. It was everything as described. It was close to town and other attractions (such as wineries) in the area. The price we paid was exceptional. If we ever need a rental in this area again, this will definitely be our first choice.」

「Excellent pet friendly getaway property. Super clean and the host was extremely accommodating.」

「We had a great stay. Everything was clean and tidy. Loved the easy lake access. Would definitely recommend. 」

「Perfect place for a couple to get away from the city and get some peace and quiet.. close enough to gas station and food. Great hiking close by.」

「VERY CLEAN AND PET FRIENDLY, LOVE WAKING UP TO THE WILD LIFE OUT SIDE. VERY EASY TO GET TO.」

「Would go again. Very well maintained!」
