「Loved everything about the Westin in St Thomas. Very nice, clean, spread out hotel. We had a terrace room and loved watching the boats sail in and out. It was quiet and we were never distracted by pool music or other people.」

「The photos are honestly pretty deceiving. This is an extremely noisy and busy property with cruise ship people being constantly bussed in to use the beach. The beach is dirty, smells like cigarettes / marijuana and has trash. There is constant noise of wave runners and loud music. The hotel rooms themselves are clean, but the simple amenities such as the vending machines don’t work. Constant power outages and cold showers. 「The workers at the resort for very nice and friendly, my biggest concern was that the resort did not look anything like the photos that were advertised. Rooms were decent and nice pool area, but the photos depicted the hotel to be this big nice pretty resort, and that just was not the case. Very happy with the staff, just didn't love that I felt deceived by the photos.」
