「This is an incredible rental! The owner David is so kind and accommodating, and the place itself is pristine--exactly as pictured. I loved the seclusion of the cabin (it's a 30-minute drive to get to the restaurants and grocery stores in/around Beacon), the hiking trails on the property, and the glorious lookout point. 10/10!!」

They have really thought of every little detail to make the rooms special- a light up mirror in the bathroom, retro-looking fridge, nice wood and tile floors, complimentary local yogurt and granola- even a portable ironing board and iron are provided. 「We couldn't turn the AC on the first night, it was regulated by the staff from some other location, second it didn't work properly, they had a fan which wasn't great, but it was something,The room was ok, but a bit quirky. they had a ton of rules, and things not to do. As a whole it was very disappointing.」

「The hotel is beautiful, but unfortunately the restaurant was closed the night of our stay and we were disappointed because we planned on eating there. I guess I should have checked the restaurant hours before booking. Most of the town had businesses that were closed in the middle of the week, so just be aware when you book.
