「Trash was unemptied, bathroom had mold, room was old and beds worn out.」

「Toilet was not scrubbed thoroughly. Silverfish or cockroach scampered across the bathroom counter (too fast to id). Not even close to the standard of similarly or even lower priced competition.」

「Communication and check-in were seamless. The apartment was very clean. We were a little cold and Jason brought a space heater right away. Great location just on the edge of the village. A couple considerations for future visitors: Exterior photo on VRBO is not the actual location, it’s of a building on the scenic canal; the apartment is a very small studio with minimal room for luggage, and small kitchen. Perfect for one person or short stays. 」

「Second and third floor of a large home with private entrance and off-street parking. Located just around the corner from the canal and main street in Fairport, so close to things too do. This was a family vacation that included our dogs and the Owners were accommodating and easy to deal with. 4 large rooms with king and queen sized bedding, laundry, kitchen; everything we needed for our 5 night stay.」

「We had a very enjoyable 5 night stay at this VRBO. We had been staying at hotels as we moved our son from Dallas to Rochester so staying in a house was such a nice change, and it was wonderful to be able to wash our clothes after almost a week of traveling. The master bedroom was very spacious and it was nice having separate his and her sinks. Although I was concerned about the heatwave without central air, there were window ac units in each bedroom as well as the main living space and they did...
