「Small, but very clean with updated bathroom and well equipped kitchen. In the heart of Fairport… a vey nice town. Host was very accommodating.」

「Great location. Walkable to town. Nice and spacious. Could have another bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom was poor. Description didn’t say it was on the second floor. Lugging suitcases up 2 flights of stairs was a bit challenging. But would definitely stay there again. Liked the decor. Very clean.」

There was a full kitchen with Keurig coffee machine (K-cups, cream & sugar available) but did not use anything other than refrigerator. Dunkin Donuts down the street, gas station, Wendy’s and Taco Bell, less than 2 minute drive. Full bathroom with stackable washer/dryer on 1st floor, 2 bedrooms upstairs.
