Thomas was great to work with during the whole process. Our grandchildren were in love with the place. They want to come back soon. All in all a wonderful experince.」

「This house was fantastic! super clean, so pretty - very well appointed - this was such a luxurious trip for us! Although I grew up in the Buffalo area I had really never spent time on the either of the Great Lakes - this home is RIGHT on the beach - so close to Lake Ontario. We had rainy weather so no star gazing - but the hot tub at night was a wonderful way to end our busy days! Really nice location, super comfortable home! 」

「There was insect / bug on the room and I let reception person know about this. His response was “I cannot do anything”. There was a sock on the washroom floor as well.」

「I had a 5 day stay the grill/stove was broke the whole time after being told it would be fixed after two days. There was no hot food during breakfast but still charged full price. The blankets and bathroom sink smelled of mildew.」

「We really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy, and there was plenty of parking. The staff were friendly, especially the restaurant staff at breakfast, who were welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was good, and the location was convenient. We would definitely stay here again!」

「Room was ok and clean but not too much the bath and it needs more maintenance! Looks very old Staff was ok, the girl at the reception sems to pick up a garbage bag with a dozen of bagels that fell down to the floor, I hope she took the bag to recycle them for herself and not for the customers! Unfortunately I could not record her and complain!」

「Eh, it was really expensive, the carpeting looked 20 years old, the staff seemed overwhelmed and they put us in a room right next to the ice machine and elevator.」
