「Very cozy place that was a perfect distance to get to downtown Spencerport or some of the other restaurants down Ridge Road. Very clean room with an updated bathroom. It isn't a large room, but it was perfect for what we needed.」

「Night 1: fire alarm at 0400. False alarm. Turns out a hot water tank exploded. Ceiling plaster falls into our suitcase. Day 2: plaster again falls into suitcase. Room was not serviced. Front desk manager (John, who was excellent) moves our」

「Very nice hotel. The only issue I had with this place is they literally take “holding” fees out of EVERYTHING you purchase out of there including the vending machines! I’ve never had that happen to me in any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Imo they should definitely change that. That’s the only reason I wouldn’t stay there again.」
