「The room was smaller than expected but fortunately we were only staying one night. The room didn’t seem to have enough insulation and it was a cold, windy night when we arrived. The heating system worked great but the bathroom remained cold even with the door left open. It was easy to complete the check-in process and receive our door code. The only suggestions I would make is for more areas in the bathroom for supplies, maybe a small shelf and more drinking cups, only 2 were provided.」

Very warm and welcoming and worked perfectly for our family get together for Thanksgiving There was a lot of snow the day we arrived and Dennis and Lisa checked in with us to make sure we arrived safely, which meant a lot to us. There is everything there that you might need during your trip. I am hoping we can make this our annual location for our family. 」

「The hotel was updated and clean and the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the really nice gym. It had everything I could have wanted. I dined in the bar/restaurant. The service was attentive, but the food took a long time. The manager discounted my meal as a result, which I appreciated.」

「The room said it had a microwave but there was no microwave. The refrigerator was barely cold, no way of adjusting it. There were only 2 towels despite the room able to hold 4 people. We had to ask for an extra towel. There was no body wash in the shower. We had to ask for more. When I called the front desk he was no answer. I had to walk to the front desk and while I was waiting the clerk came from outside. The elevator is disgusting and smells. The bathroom was very tiny with the sink...

「The Property was great, room was big and clean, close to the airport, the only issue wd had was upon checking in the attendent was not the friendliest, and then our room had no shampoo bottle at all, like it was taken off the wall, not even just empty, and we didnt realize until about 3am when showering before our flight so we didnt habe time to let the front desk know. But overall it was a good stay. 」

「Pros: Nice and attentive staff, easy check in process, nice decor and layout in lobby and room, decent breakfast. Cons: Rooms though nice superficially are in need of upgrades. Roller shades had multiple holes and hard time staying up, wood in bathroom door chipping and areas gouged out, roller office chair has a large stain in the seat. Rooms could’ve been cleaned better with multiple fingerprints on the headboard dirty fingerprints near door handle. And what’s with the soap, shampoo and...
