「Great location in relation to downtown Cooperstown and dreams park. Had all the amenities we needed for the cold nights early in the week and the hot and humid days later in the week. Even saw a massive bear the day of checkout. Great place overall, would definitely recommend staying here. 」

「We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!」

「Peaceful and so cozy. Weather wasn't cooperating but being in the warm, toasty, cabin in a rainy day was blissful! Mark, the host, is such a wonderful, caring and pleasant host. I love to cook and the amenities were perfect! Definitely stay here even if you stay out of season. 」

「We had a great time in this cool, old farmhouse. Scott is a wonderful host. Very welcoming and friendly. Always responded quickly if we had a question. He is very knowledgeable about the ball park and the area. The house had everything we needed. Lots of pots, pans, dishes and staples to use. We enjoyed discovering all the old things, especially when cooking. Loved sitting on the front porch and we especially enjoyed Schoog. The location was great, close to the ball park and downtown area.」

「This is a very good spot for you and your spouse during Cooperstown week. It's clean and it's close to everything. The view is very nice. The only negative feedback is the 9:00 checkout time but we were ready to go by then anyways.」
