「This is a really cool historic house. Beautiful wood throughout. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. Not necessarily the best place for mobility challenged guests as there are steps to navigate but it was just perfect for my family’s visit. 」

「I spent 2 serene weeks here and hope to return some day! With modern creature comforts in the kitchen, the rest of this home is very rustic. If you are looking for peace and quiet, and are into drawing, cooking or reading books to the sounds of trees rustling and water flowing across the street, you will be in heaven here. 「House was clean. The only problem was there was nowhere to put clothes in bedrooms or a nightstand/ bedside lamp. Otherwise house was nice. 」

「The staff at breakfast would serve the coffee once and rarely came to fill up the cups unless we asked. I feel that there is staff shortage.」

「unfortunatly, our experience was disappointing. when we pulled back the blanket on the bed, we noticed a personal item left behind from previous guests, which made it clear that the bedding had not beed properly changed on the room. this was quite uncomfortable and concerning for us. in additioon, the breackfast did not seem fresh and overall quality was below our expectation.」
