「All were great and very helpful」

「the shower was akward to use as I called the front desk to find the water must be running in order to pull down on a lever to allow water to reach the shower. THey may want to update these valves that are confusing to use. Also the grab bar in our bath was loose. Other wise our stay was good, a very nice complimentary breakfast that gave many choices for each traveler. Overall, our stay was pleasant. i would recommend as a short stay option, however I would not book thru Expedia again.」

「I had to park on the street and I had a Handicap Placard yet I still received a ticket for $125 I have photos that would blow your mind 」

「The hotel, although historic, is in good condition. Grounds are lovely, rooms spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and shower was hot. We ate at all three restaurants on site and all were extremely good. Rooftop bar is a must. However it’s the staff that makes the stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful it made the stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend if attending any event on campus to stay there versus outside campus. 」

「Checked in a little late. We only came for an event so did not spend an entire day. Within two minutes, there was a power outage. I overheard guests coming back from the front desk share that it's because of "power usage." My daughter and i got dressed and used only the light in the bathroom (Only area that had power interestingly) then the power came back on. Steps leading to the second floor are taped up.
