The rooms, bar, and dining were top shelf. The actual building is truly lovely. Had a wonderful ambiance. Staff very polite and helpful without making you feel awkward. The restaurant was truly 5 stars. We ate 4 meals and as good as the dinners were (and they were) we fell in love with the breakfast offerings. The only slight stumble is the location of the pool. It is a walk down the hill and over to a shared location with a very lovely series of townhomes. Very nice pool but no amenities or service. I only point this out because we visited during a hot stretch over July. Location of the hotel is very accessible to some great places nearby or within a short drive such as Dia Beacon, Cold Spring, Hyde Park, and the Culinary Institute. An absolutely charming inn and we will definitely head back.

We had a very short stay but what i can say is that rooms were extremely clean, the staff was beyond courteous extremely helpful restaurants was not only beautiful but food services once again amazing.. We look foward to coming back for a longer stay and try the spa out as well..

This place was immaculate, comfortable and beautiful. My mother and I stayed one night and got massages (see Chaz, he's the BEST). We couldn't be more satisfied for a quick 1 hr getaway from NYC in a picturesque place.
