「Lovely property, peaceful and private.Larry was a great host, quick to communicate and recommend local attractions.We went to the adventure animal park which was awesome. Very well done.Had a campfire at the house and roasted marshmallows.Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils ect.」

「What a beautiful stay! So quaint and beautiful on the lake. The rooms are very roomy, beautiful bathrooms. The staff is lovely. Breakfast limited to only French toast or cereal but French toast was delicious! We came up for Binghamton graduation and everything was sold out in Binghamton. So happy we ended up staying here! Would come again!」

「The cabin is great for a romantic hideaway. It is close to Elk .ountain Ski Lodge. Will need a SUV on winter.Not near anything elseTrash disposal was not convenient.」

「My sister's family of three and my family of there stayed here to spend Thanksgiving with our parents in Binghamton. The location was perfect (20 minutes from my parents in Binghamton) and the house was big enough to give our two families space when we needed our own space. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and even enjoyed some lake-effect snow the day after Thanksgiving. We brought most of Thanksgiving dinner (turkey and sides) with us, so the full refrigerator was perfect to store everything...
