「We really enjoyed our stay at this property; Colin and his wife Jennifer were so welcoming, the room was great, it had everything we needed for our short visit to Perth. The pool was great to have for cooling down after being out all day and access to bikes made it easy to get around and see the city sights.」

「No host to greet us and the entry instructions I found a bit confusing but once we were inside we were very happy with our appartment. Clean with a pleasant lemon smell when we entered and good size rooms and bathrooms each. Well stocked kitchen, comfy lounge area and plenty of towels and toiletries. Outside the kitchen window and or, unfortunately, a huge dead weed and dead plants detracted a little. 「ほぼ毎年の利用です。数年前から無料Wi-Fiでとても快適です。金額は高くなったけど、水まわりなども心地よく過ごしやすくなりました。ただ、今回初めて枕がとても臭かったので初日から消臭スプレーを買いに行くほどでした。タオルの交換は頻繁にありますが、チェックイン後の枕カバーの取り替えや消臭を見直していただきたいです。」

「掃除が行き届いておらず、部屋にあるカップにコーヒーのシミがついていたり、ほこりが落ちていたり、清掃のスタッフが、タオルをお風呂場に運ぶのに、ゴミを捨てたゴミ箱の中に入れて運んでいたり… せっかく、ロビーの人は親切で、朝食なども良かったのに、掃除が行き届いていない事が残念でした。」
