「Great value for price. Pools and hot tub were clean and correct temperatures. They are renovating the hotel. Our room was great but furniture was very, very outdated. Bed was clean and comfortable. 」

「We had an outstanding time. The owners greeted us outside to welcome us in. Very nice people. Our room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and clean. We loved the charm and history of the home. Coffee and breakfast was delicious. Great place to stay, beats a hotel by a mile. We can’t wait to go back!!!」

「It was clean. The person at the front deskwas not the friendliest. The other employees we came in contact with were very nice. It was confusing because the sign said Econo Lodge, and then when we register Knights Inn but on my card statement, it said Eco Lodge. It had a phone but was not connected to anything and no buttons. It was OK. It’s just old and needs some work. 」

「Such a wonderful, relaxing, and beautiful location. We drove up from Florida for a wedding near Pilot Mountain, and we're so glad we chose "A Mighty Oak" for our stay. Todd kindly offered to take us for a mini tour of the farm to see the cows, chickens and pigs. Our daughter fell in love with "Heart" (the special cow with a unique marking on her face; you'll just have to visit them to see where her name comes from). Our morning walks were fun and refreshing, as we enjoyed the slightly cooler...

「It’s rare for me to say the house was even better than the photos. It was spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay was provided for us. So many thoughtful touches like chargers on each side of the bed, coffee with sugar and creamer to name a few. I can’t recommend this little gem enough. And the view was stunning. 」

「This cozy little cottage at pilot Mountain is by far amazing. It was perfectly situated to be able to see the mountain. The mountain is literally in the backyard. It was an amazing backdrop that I took wonderful pictures the cottage house everything that you will need for your stay Very easy to maneuver through. It was perfectly located to get to Mount Airy to visit Mayberry and just about a 15 minute drive from Winston-Salem. There is a brand new Walmart. That’s really close by the property was...
