"The door wouldn't open and staff shoved on it to open it. The room was dirty and bed spread had multiple stains in it, so we requested a different room. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 9am, but when we got there at 8:50 am, the staff already shut it down and we weren't able to get anything."

"The room was ok, me and my husband just wanted to get away for a couple of days. It served the purpose but nothing over the top ( at all ). The sink was broken, and so was the shower handle. But at least there wasn’t any roaches like the previous hotel. However, I will most likely not go back."

"The hotel was just what we needed that night - a comfortable, clean and affordable place to stay as we visited Greensboro for a family gathering. Nice to have basic breakfast items and coffee to start the day. It had plenty of parking near the front entrance and was easy to access. The AC system was easy to adjust so that it was not too overpowering and kept the room comfortable. In some hotels the HVAC system can be hard to adjust well."

"Very clean, well-lit, made you feel safe location. Clean room, and very comfortable. Delicious morning breakfast with a conscientious staff. Only thing I'd say I wasn't thrilled about was the outdoor pool was closed. Was told so during check-in after I asked if there was a pool. Desk attendant made it obvious to not go near the pool. All I really wanted to do was just to sit out by it and relax in the beautiful NC sunshine. Wasn't even given an option for that."
