「ホスピタリティが最高でした！お部屋も広過ぎるほどでしたし、洗面所も素敵！」

「Das Savoy Westend ist toll gelegen auf dem wunderschönen Villen-Hügel oberhalb der Stadt. Durch seien Ansammlung mehrerer Villen ist es ggü. anderen modernen Hotels völlig anders und in Alleinstellung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Sauberkeit und auch das tolle Frühstücksbuffet. Einzig zu kritisieren wäre das Zimmer, das für ein 5-Sterne-Hoteleinfach viel zu klein war.」

The warm atmosphere continued throughout everywhere we went including the treatment by the restaurant staff, especially our waitress Katerina. We are grateful for our visit here.」

「Perfectly located for all the sights in Karlovy Vary. There is an excellent pizza place right next door which is a must try! The hotel is beautifully decorated, it feels very luxurious. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is good. I would have liked a bit more choice but what they serve is tasty.
