Beautiful hotel with a magnificent view since it is located on top of a hill. A little bit of a walk to the Main Street but it makes the area quiet when it’s time to rest and recharge. Definitely recommend!

It’s a lovely old hotel with lots of charm. The spa facilities are also great, although there seemed to be limited staff available when we visited, limiting our treatment options. The hotel staff ranged from lovely to somewhat rude. Food was much too expensive.

Beautiful and charming place

Beautiful place with very friendly staff. Despite language barriers, their smiles made us feel so welcome and comfortable. We had a lovely time and I would recommend staying here. A good walk into town but great to be in such a quiet and peaceful area.

Very unpleasant, cash only, outdated

Do not do this to yourself! This place is outdated, weird, and uncomfortable. Here is what we did not like: - You can only pay in cash, they are under some sanctions, or mafia or whatever, but they are quite aggressive at the end that you need to pay cash - Rooms are spacious and clean but need major update - sinks are cracked, beds uncomfortable - SPA is very outdated, feels more like hospital, got an overpriced massage that was weird, creepy and in not so clean and comfortable environment - Hotel is kind of dark everywhere, evenings feels really uncomfortable, there is nobody around, not lively at all - Overall, if you want to enjoy Karlovy Vary and be in a nice hotel, have decent SPA experience, and feel like you enjoyed your time there, this is absolutely not the hotel to go!

Amazing breakfast. Great park near property. Friendly staff. It was a very relaxing stay. The pool and saunas were also excellent. They have a spa there that i didn’t use and a salt cave.

Very nice hotel, good for family

We felt really well in the hotel. Very spacious, all comfort, great pool. The buffet was good - I felt personally a bit overpriced. The hotel made a effort to give a discount for the kids, but there was no kids menu or price listed on the menu.

This hotel is outdated and very overpriced. The pictures are nothing like real life and the spa is old, dirty and you are not allowed to use half the facilities that are listed. We paid double the price due to there being a film festival on which we were not attending.
