「Chambre impeccable, personnel très bienveillant」

「Just amazing. 400 m from the Violetts Gondola and they still offer a shuttle to the lifts. The staff are incredible. A beautiful welcome, smiles and genuine hospitality. The breakfast is sensational and dining first class. The views from the room takes your breath away and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. This is a gem and massively added to the enjoyment of our trip. Thank you to all. 」

「Positives were friendly staff on the whole and good restaurant Negatives were lack of good window blinds and poor choice at breakfast with poor quality coffee. Also, hotel shuttle bus was not readily available .」

「Great location and exceptionally helpful staff. The shuttle service around the resort was fabulous. Room was as very comfortable with a lot of useful storage. The only downside is that the spa area and pool were a little small and tired with nowhere to really lounge by the pool. The rest of the amenities overwhelmingly made up for that aspect. Will certainly return! 」

「I stayed the hotel 3 nights from July11th alone, and continual 2 nights with my friend. Total 5nights. The room was an attic, which was not comfortable in general. But I knew it when I reserved, so it's a cost-performance matter I think. One thing I did not expect was no window which I couldnot accept. The location was excellent just the center of town you can walk anyplace within minutes such as the ropeway station, shopping center, bus stop information office etc. The hotel restrant was...

「The clerks were very welcoming and pleasant. Check in was done with a smile comfortably sitting outside on the balcony with a drink. The room assigned to this old guest had a beautiful bathroom but the tub was not practical for me. I was immediately transferred to an equally beautiful room with a balcony with a splendid view of the mountain range AND a very nice walk-in shower. I loved the friendliness and the majestic mountains. Chandolin boutique hotel exceeded my expectations.」
