「I stayed the hotel 3 nights from July11th alone, and continual 2 nights with my friend. Total 5nights. The room was an attic, which was not comfortable in general. But I knew it when I reserved, so it's a cost-performance matter I think. One thing I did not expect was no window which I couldnot accept. 「Hotel was a little further from the lifts than we had anticipated… but we had a car so it wasn’t too bad (10 min drive)… but no really good bus service back and forth from the hotel to the lifts… so if you didn’t have a car, you’d have a bit of a predicament on your hands. But the hotel was wonderful and the staff was very nice..」

「L’heure d’arrivée, comme indiquée sur e-bookers, n’est pas à 15:00 mais à 16:00. Le frigo ainsi que tous les couverts n’étaient pas lavés du précédent hôte. Il a fallu lancer le lave-vaisselle pour nettoyer tous les couverts et nettoyer à la main le frigo. Pas d’après-shampoing ni de savon à main dans la chambre, les contenants sont restés vides pendant tous le séjour même après en avoir fait la remarque auprès du Service de Chambre.
