「Very nice」

「Charged $100 for incidentals at a hotel that offers none and for a well below average hotel. 4 Star Hotels only ask for for $50. Never again. 」

「Breakfast was good, rooms need updating, they did not look like the pictures on Expedia, small bathroom 」

「German cockroaches in the room, ceiling in the bathroom cracked and falling in. Room smelled like cigarettes. Didn’t even touch breakfast. 」

「Air conditioner covered in dirt and room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The door was broken and didnt close properly. The whole room smelled like sewage in the morning. 」

「No pool functioning, room lock didn’t work repeatedly, holes in the pillow cases. Disgusting and disappointed at a high price」

「It was a nice clean hotel. Unfortunately they were struggling to get keys to work in some doors. 6 tries to get us into a room which included 4 trips up and down from the second floor. Then sent me to a room that had other guests…luckily the key didn’t work again. Finally had to try 2 rooms on the first floor, which ok…it’s now been a half hour and we’re finally in a room. Then at 2:30 AM they send other guests to check into our room because they failed to update their system to reflect the room...

「Our stay was not what we expected. The indication was that there was an outdoor pool. Since the temperature called for a couple of days above 80 degrees we looked forward to the pool, but were only informed that it was still closed since Covid. We also expected a free breakfast, however we were informed on arrival that they also had not offered breakfast since Covid. This was not the stay we expected.」

「This property is not kept up. Not worth $250 for one night stay. Non smoking room smelled bad. The sheets and bed spread were stained. Furniture was old and chipped. Paint outside the room on the floors and handrails was coming off. Very easy to see these owners do not care about their customers experience or the condition of this hotel. Would have asked for a refund if I could have found another place to stay for the night. 」

「Toilet clogged, no plunger available, no manager or maintenance on duty, could not relocate room as hotel full capacity. Only 1 employee on duty. Had to send my husband out to walgreens. R5 minutes round trip to get a plunger to fix our toilet so we would have a working restroom. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend as hotel is poorky managed and not staffed well.」

「Was supposed to get a non smoking room. Our room smelled like someone had smoked there for 50 years. There were no sheets on the pull out bed. When we asked for some we were given 1 regular sheet. Not even fitted. Shower was disgusting. Pull out sofa had a hole in the」

「There's no dryer! Amenities weren't good enough. Dissapointed.」
