Everything about this stay was beautiful. Spacious room, bathroom, and dining area. Outside had a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast, a balcony overlooking La Monachile, and an upstairs area with a private hot tub. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Location was perfect - 2 minute walk to the beach and old town. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

This hotel was set in a beautiful part of Puglia. Minutes from Locorotondo, Ostuni, Alberobello, and many other great locations. Also only 20 minutes to the Adriatic with relationships and many different private beach clubs. A wonderful oasis tucked away with beautiful olive trees, vineyards, and local farm produce. Everything served in restaurant is locally grown. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely be back. A gem in the heart of Puglia !

Everyone st the hotel was super helpful and friendly and made us feel very comfortable . Good breakfast and plenty of parking too.

Clean room, the owner Frank is a very nice person. He provided us a lot of information. Breakfast was nice as well. The road from highway to the property is rough, but once you get there, it’s really a nice place.

Our stay in this hotel was wonderful! The place is amazing, you get to experience an immerse adventure of the Matera spirit. The rooms was beyond beautiful and the service and food… just excellent! Definitely a MUST stay in this gorgeous city.

Perfect location for exploring old town Nardo. Easy parking and everything was 5-15 minutes walking. The proprietor is very helpful and d friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff and facilities were exceptional. We would definitely stay here again. It was also a great location to visit the surrounding cities that were within an hour drive.

Lovely, beautiful property with nice rooms

I can't say enough about this property...what a gem! We toured Italy for 8 days and this was our favorite stay. The property is STUNNING. The staff is extremely helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was hot with fantastic pressure. (It's amazing what a good shower can do for you!) Our room had a balcony that over looked the grounds. What a wonderful staff

We stayed in the "tabacco" suite on the ground floor for two nights. This was our last stop in Puglia after ten days spent in a trulli, a Matera cave hotel and a Lecce castle, and this was truly a highlight. Our room was incredible - it's basically a small apartment and the bedroom is just gorgeous with a valued stone ceiling and a chandelier. Stayed at the patria palace lecce four days and loved it. The hotel is definitely a 5⭐️. The rooms are spacious and the service second to none. Definitely would come back and maybe stay longer! Loved it is an understatement

Everything about our stay was PERFECT. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, beautiful establishment with real history to appreciate, and the location is walkable to everything in Ostuni. Every inch of the hotel was clean, the linens always smelled subtly of fresh lavender, and the food and cocktails were amazing. 10/10 experience. I’ll be recommending this to friends and family traveling to Puglia.
