Very beautiful hotel to stay in, great location near by lot of restaurants and shopping areas. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about city. Great breakfast buffet as well with lots of varieties.

The Tivoli is a Beautiful luxury hotel! We appreciated the upgrade to a suite with a terrace! Beds extremely comfortable with lovely linen. All staff professional, polished, and sincere. Breakfast selections were plentiful and delicious. Location is perfect. Lecce is a wonderful walkable, safe, clean city. Shop Merchants are all pleasant. Will definitely return again.

Hotel is located in a fantastic location, rooms are beautiful. Prior to our visit, Elenora answered my multiple emails to arrange tours, transfers and random questions. Everything she booked was perfect! I cannot say enough praise for Elenora, to ensure my family and I had the most wonderful holiday. All the people that work there went over and above to ensure our happiness.

Great location for exploring Lecce. Francesca was a lovely host and made our stay perfect, Erik was also very nice and the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend for anyone planning a visit to Lecce we would not stay anywhere else and plan to return in the future.

This boutique hotel is absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. Just around the corner from the historic center and walking distance to great restaurants and cafes. The staff were so unbelievable friendly, professional and eager to help with our inquiries. Particularly, Eleonara from guest services and Maria Francesca at reception. They were both very personable and their smiles set the tone for the day. In addition, the breakfast was delicious and always so well stocked with much variety to suit any diet. Nicoletta, Nives and Giorgia were always there to great you with a smile.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The hotel location was excellent, but the highlight of my stay was the care and attention shown by the entire staff, who went above and beyond to provide us with the best possible experience. I highly recommend it!

Impeccable stay at hotel Tivoli. A lot of thought and attention to detail, great location and the staff are wonderful. Rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Rooftop terrace is a must for a sundowner, sadly I wasn’t able to try the spa Would definitely stay here again!

Espectacular! Todo! Las habitaciones limpias, espaciosas, nuevas, renovadas y cuidaron cada detalle. TODO el personal amable, cálido, mejor atención al cliente imposible; sobre todo Francesca (2), Giuseppe, Nicoletta! Desayuno ha sido de los mejores. Volveremos!

Overall it’s a great hotel. Staff is excellent. Che k-in was easy and front desk gave us a good intro to city. Room is spacious. Large bath tub and separate shower. Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure and temperature excellent. Good size closet Gym is very small but 24 hour access. Upstairs lounge was a great vibe. Only complaint was a tremendous amount of very small ants in bathroom and even some in bedroom. We mentioned it to desk and they apologized for the issue next day but the ants were a presence. You never saw just one. I would still stay here again because I loved the room. Staff, lounge and hotel … plus the location is perfect

Excellent property and amazing staff. We loved the location. Staff was well trained and very helpful. Street names changed the week before and it was extremely hard to find the hotel. They sent a bellman to meet us and bring us in. It was outstanding!

Hotel de cinco estrelas recentemente inaugurado, com uma decoração elegante e de muito bom gosto. O quarto era extremamente confortável, com atenção aos detalhes e um ambiente acolhedor. No entanto, o verdadeiro destaque da estadia foi a equipa. Todos os colaboradores foram excecionalmente simpáticos, prestáveis e sempre disponíveis para ajudar, tornando a experiência ainda mais especial.
