She made amazing breakfasts and adapted skillfully for our dairy allergy so we didn’t even notice that a huge component of the normal breakfast menu was off limits. The breakfasts were a beautiful taste of the foods of the area and Puglia, and varied daily. She even had vegan croissants available for us every morning!! 「Beautiful place to stay right in the old city of Polignano, views were incredible and everything was within walking distance and an easy walk from train station. The rooms are up very narrow and steep staircases so pack lightly !!! 」
