「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming and comfortable house which is located in an extremely convenient area. The owner was gracious and super easy to communicate with, answering all questions in a timely manner. The house was clean and the beds were cozy. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others. 」

「Would definitely stay again!!! Cottages and grounds were extremely clean. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. Our initial key did not work. When requesting a working key, we requested a cottage with fewer or no steps. The young man (i do not remember his name...sorry) searched for such accommodations even though I requested an extra night at check in. It was a pleasurable stay. Thank you.」

「Clean rooms」

「We wanted to be in the Hampton area for a concert. Hyatt was perfect, the room was so clean and the staff was top tier. The only thing I did not like was the food. The wings were a nightmare, my Caesar salad was trash. But our bartender was so kindled. Mr. Dana was so professional and kind. We will be back I just won’t order food lol. They have these peanut butter cookies though they are to die for!! Overall great place to stay!! And affordable」

「I noticed stains on curtains and on the walls in the hallway leading to our room. Furniture and decor looked outdated. Also I did not enjoy paying $5 a night for self parking. Average experience.」

「Soon I walk into my bathroom it was A Big Roach dead laying on its back. I checked right back out」

「The hotel halls STUNK every time we came in and out of our room. Luckily it didn't come in the room... but it was terrible. The bed frames were an absolute joke. It rocked and wiggled and slid even when my 2 and 5 year olds would roll over in their sleep. By the end of the 2 days the beds were no where near where they had started when we checked in. There were only 2 sets of towels in our room for 4 people. The grout needs to be redone in the bathroom. Just not what I expected for a hotel...

「I checked in at 9pm only to find out my room had been given away. It was graduation weekend so there were no available rooms anywhere else. It was late at night and I’m driving around trying to find a place to stay.」

「Austin was amazing and very professional. He made my stay feel like the best. The bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the tub. I could tell the bathroom was not clean at all.」
