「Zelda was the worst desk clerk I have ever dealt with. I came back to my hotel room on the last night of my 3 night stay to find all of our belongings on a janitorial cart in the lobby. There was a mistake made by the hotel where they gave me a key to one of my rooms that was checking out after 2 days. I had 9 rooms total so I see how the mistake was made.
