Needed towels but friendly

Our stay was for one night on our way to Gatlinburg. We had to ask for bath towels and didn't have wash clothes. The bed was comfortable and loved the pillows. I did not like the comforter but that was just my preference, my husband liked it. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Felt a bit uncomfortable with all of the out of town utility workers staying in this hotel. They stood at the doorways smoking and drinking. Globs of mud everywhere. Will not be staying here next year. Just didn't feel safe.

Check in was fantastic as was check out. The room was nice, although it had a slight smell to it, but not an overwhelming one. It could have been air freshener which I don't like. I would stay there again. There are a number of fast food restaurants nearby. You could walk to Popeyes.

We stayed in room 723 and it was a nice room. Loved the colors and it being so quiet. The bed was a little to hard for us. When we went for the Continental breakfast there was great selection. The only issue there was the lady behind the counter was playing YouTube videos really loud with vulgar language. I would have been upset if my grandchildren had been with me. Very unprofessional. The lady at the night shift was very professional and nice. Overall good stay

Family Emergency Trip

The customer service was very well coming and nice. The room was semi-clean. It was a basic clean (everything that would be noticeable was clean) like beds made, bathroom wiped down but the floor wasnt clean (no carpet) so our socks were extra dirty. Had a stinch to the room but it was cleared with our Febreeze. House keeping was quick with the extra towels & washclothes. I would go back.

I know it’s no one’s fault but since it’s close to the road you can literally hear traffic at all times, we heard a police chase around 2am. The property could use some update. For a place to sleep and shower it’s okay!
