「Nice place」

「Ideal for a nice get away or long weekend. Beautiful on the lake.」

「This place is fantastic for a couple and maybe a small family. Very well supplied and clean and comfortable for sure Even fishing poles and tackle…four kayaks and a paddle boat…We will stay again」

「This is the perfect place to unwind and escape. The atmosphere was serene and peaceful. The house was spotless and welcoming to pets. Don’t forget to bring binoculars; they’re a must-have for birdwatching.」

「Cabin on the lake has great potential, however there are a few areas that could use some help. The property and property grounds need serious insect control. The vegetation on the property is over grown around the middle deck areas. If you are a pet owner and plan to bring your dog, beware of a flea infestation. The home was not very clean! 「The view of the lake is spectacular and the house is extremely well stocked. 」

「Very nice and cozy! Being by the lake was nice.」

「The Host was great. The response and accommodations were top notch. The opportunities for activities were amazing. Highly recommend for a larger family get away. 」

「Fern’s cottage is adorable! It is in a beautiful area, the lawn & gardens are immaculate (the smell of the gardenias is heavenly!), and Bob and Linda are so kind. The cottage itself is sparkling clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the window seat and playing games at the table. It was also super easy to get into Little Rock when we needed to. Thank you for a lovely stay!」

「Convenient location to my family. Well stocked kitchen & bathroom. Comfortable bed. Would have liked a microwave.」

「We absolutely loved our two week stay. The hosts were so accommodating and communicated promptly to any questions we had. The cabin was spotless, well-stocked, comfy, and beautiful. We had a gorgeous view of horses, forest, and plenty of wildlife; deer came up daily. Sitting on the porch watching sunsets was our favorite. Shopping is a bit of a drive but you won’t want to leave anyway. Our granddaughter visited one day and LOVED it! We would recommend this to anyone. It is a true hidden gem.」

「We're trying to close on a house. We moved from Florida to Arkansas, and the host was very understandong. The place was exactly what we needed.」

「Awesome very clean property」

「This property was perfect for our trip to meet great grandparents who live in the Village. It was perfect for two couples and a baby. Very clean, updated and spacious.」
