「Interior was clean and as expected. Thumbs up. My only complaint was the back deck was unusable due to not being cleaned. Spiders webs were abundant. Deck furniture was not clean.」

「I really appreciated that this rental offered 1 night stay minimum that accommodated my family and dog. It was also easy getting in contact with the property manager to request an early check-in. Overall, the place was clean and neighborhood quiet. The beds were a little uncomfortable for our liking, but nothing that would hinder us from staying here again in the future. Thank you! 」

「We have stayed at three different properties at Hot Springs Village now, this is one of the best. One was more modern, one smelt like mold, this property hot all our needs. Very comfortable and clean. It’s a big house, front porch is large and does offer plenty of privacy. Isn’t the most updated house, but definitely comfortable. Water pressure is the showers is great. We would definitely come back for a stay.」

「This was a great place to vacation. The cleanliness of the rental was exceptional. Communication was flawless. The bed was comfortable. The linens were nice. The towels were fluffy. Overall, just a great experience. One thing I would mention is the walk down to the water is very, very, very, steep. It’s definitely not for everyone. But once you got down there it was beautiful and the little dock was a great place to hold a pole and fish for a little bit.」

「It is a very nice new property. Check in was smooth with no issues. Once we got in we noticed fairly quickly that housekeeping was not good. There was hair in the showers and hair in the king bed. There were towels on the towel bars but when the wife opened the main floor vanity there were dirty towels in it.Not an ideal situation for sure. We had no place else to go. I sent a message to the host and they apologized profusely and thanked me for letting them know. That was it. No offer of sending...
