「Front desk check in was awful my debit card was charged for the total room instead for the incidental fee of $20.00 I tried several times trying to receive my refund in the amount of $105.67 my bank account was charged. I called Marriott customer service stated I would be receiving my refund on February 29th (no 29th in this month) tried to speak with the manager “Crystal” so rude over talked me said it was a problem between me and my bank. As of this date 04-07-2026 not received my refund....

「If you want to waste your money and then never see it again, this is your place. We booked through Expedia, checked in and when we got to our room there was black mold all over the ceiling, no running hot water and the fire alarm was disconnected hanging from the ceiling. 「The breakfast bar was good and the staff were all very nice. Upon entering our room it smelled musty. The bathroom floor and the carpeting weren’t as clean as they should have been. Our Kleenex box was near empty. Our heater was not working properly. It was so loud it sounded like a bearing or the motor was going out. 「週末リトルロックでゴルフを2日連続でする時に土曜日使っています。アパートメントスタイルで大きな冷凍庫、冷蔵庫があるので土曜日の買い出し食料品を保管するのにとても便利です。周りの環境も良くこのホテルはお勧めです。たまにSuiteにアップグレードもしてくれます、敢えて難点をいえばベッドがQueenなのでちょっと狭い事でしょうか。」
