「Pancake machine was out of service 2nd floor ice machine was out of service. no napkins available for breakfast.」

「We enjoyed our stay.」

「Everything was great, very impressed.」

「No breakfast as stated. Went to lobby several times during window they stated they serve and nothing but fruit. Dirty rooms and hotel in general. Regret switch from our normal hotel」

「I loved the jetted tub and the night lady was super nice and friendly.」

「The desk clerk told me that they did not even have the kind of room that I had reserved through Expedia, a 2-queen suite with a balcony with two beds and a sofabed. I showed him the reservation, and he said it didn't exist. I could have 2 queens with a balcony but not a sofabed or a king suite with a balcony but only 1 bed. Since there were 3 of us, I ended up renting a second room for us to be comfortable. The Expedia listing was incorrect.」

「The breakfast was less than desirable. They literally had choc chip mini muffins 2 cereals a waffle iron only 2 single apple jelly packs the gravy was super runny and rhe biscuits were very hard . There was no yogurt or Danish or fruit . Oh and you couldn't take your breakfast to your room(not that I would have wanted to with what was offered) however if you took your waffle to your room they have a sign saying that you will be charged for it. I have NEVER stayed in a motel/hotel that...

「The room was fairly clean, the shower did have some dirt in the bottom of it though.」

「Great stay, clean room, easy check in and out. Only complaint was the beds were to tall for a short pregnant woman. Overall good stay」
