「The room itself was very dusty. The showerhead was broken can’t even though there was a hose connected to the showerhead. The holder that held the hose was not the correct fit. There were several families staying in the area, which I liked, but the kids were screaming until 10 o’clock at night. And I don’t mean fun screaming I mean, screaming at the top of their lungs. The assistant manager was very kind and polite.」

「Parking was ok. Staff was ok. Rooms are old, and very very dated. The tub had bad rust stains. I had to go purchase my own cleaning supplies to make sure it was really clean bc residue was so bad from aging. The bed linen smelled like old mop water. 」

「We loved our stay at the cozy cottage. It has a big fenced in backyard & all of the comforts of home. It was so comfortable & very convenient. It’s a great spot for small families!! My son really appreciated the Roku TV. Our host was very responsive & helpful. We would definitely return & stay here again in the future. Arkansas had so much to see & do, we can’t wait to come back!! 」
