「No había toallas y despues de 3 horas del check in tuvo mi esposo que bajar a buscarlas al Lobby. Lo más incomodo fue que no nos creían como si uno fuera ignorante y ko haya viajado antes. Creo que deben mejorar las instalaciones, se ven muy viejas y es un destino interesante pero muy feas las habitaciones.」

「Propert6 well maintained but it didnt feel like a luxury stay at all. There are very few in-room amenities (maybe I missed that in description): no coffeemaker, no iron available at all -literally have to contact housekeeping and they will pickup and iron items for you. Sounds nice but if you're just needing to run a few passes of steam and go, this doesnt work. Also no phone in room to contact front desk or housekeeping. 「Overall, the property itself is nice, and it offers what you would generally expect from an all-inclusive resort. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by extremely poor customer service, particularly from the front desk and security staff. When we checked in, the hotel mistakenly gave us the wrong wristbands. The following day, security approached us and aggressively escorted us across the resort—while we were wet, and covered in sand—to the front desk because of their mistake....

「This place is one of my favorite in Boquete. Good weather, great infrastructure and staff. This was the first time we've been in two years, and things have changed a bit, some for good and some for not so good. The grounds have been maintaned well and everything looks refreshed and new, but it's lost a bit of it's wild character and it looks "chick modern" - like any other place. This is a big bummer... I'd also recommend more "living spaces", as there's only two couches and no other place to...
