「We arrived at Doryman’s Oceanfront Inn on New Year’s Day, so the pier and surrounding area were very active. Having just come from the peaceful pace of Santa Barbara, our first impression was a bit overwhelming, especially when we checked into a room located just off the lobby. However, everything changed after we went for a run along the boardwalk. Running by the ocean and through the surrounding Newport Beach neighborhoods gave us a completely new perspective on how beautiful this area is....

「パティオ付の部屋に滞在しましたが、パティオの椅子が背の高いタイプで全く落ち着いて座れ無いので利用しませんでした。アメニティもハンドソープなのかボディシャンプーなのか分からないようなソープでしたし、ウェルカムドリンクのサービスがあると言われましたが、お酒が飲めない事を告げると変わりにソフトドリンク等の提案も無く部屋へ案内されました。 朝食はモーテル等と比べたら良かったです。 カップルマッサージにはシャンパンとオーシャンビューの貸切ジャグジーがついているのでかなりセレブ気分は味わえます。細かい事に目をつぶって雰囲気を楽しめる人ならアメリカでヨーロッパを感じられる場所だと思います。」

「The service was not the quality that would be expected at this level of hotel. Front desk and restaurant entrance was unexceptionable. Waiter and the parking staff were good. 」

「This is a beutifully designed and furnished apartment, well-maintained, very comfortable for our 2-week stay, waves breaking below, quiet inside (quiet neighborhood). Hosts are wonderful, communicative, have thought of eveything, provide a helpful book of instructions and suggestions. We did our food shopping at the Whole Foods in Laguna Niguel, the Gelson's in Dana Point, and the Sunday farmers market and some local shops just downtown. We walked a lot -- it was great. Would highly recommend.」
