"Everything was great. We really liked the location close to mall in walk distance which allowed us to grab quick meal or groceries for room. The hotel airport transfers and day trip car booking was superb. Room was big and clean. Staff was friendly. View of city from Room Was epic. Only complain was fridge was not working. There is also bit of issue with shower knobs slightly confusing until you figure out. "

"I found the Hotel quite good , clean enough, staff tries to be helpful and very friendly but sometimes it is hard to communicate (some staff speak good enough English).The aircon was super quiet and worked well, shower was great and TV had some English Chanels for News,et. "This is amazing hotel located on the hills of Lake Toba, it takes around 4 hours from Silangit airport and 5 from Medan. If you like nature and relax away from buzzy cities this is your spot, also inside the property are plenty activities to do as you are isolated in the middle of the forest. With incredible landscapes similar to Scotland this hotel was recomended for some friends who visited few years back. Staff makes your stay unforgettable.
