「The outdoor area was a mess. We stayed on the fourth floor and the elevator was making a horrible noise. Lastly, the A/C wasn’t working correctly and never got cool. I also noticed lots of homeless people around the parking area and on the street by the hotel.」

「The food is over priced and underwhelming at mollys and the hotel. The mixed drinks are over priced and not good. Our ac vent had black moldy looking residue on it that could of been dirt. Rooms are smaller then normal hotels at double or triple the price. Only two elevators in the building. They are very animal friendly. We were told we had to come back the day of checkout to ask for late check out, then told on the day of its first come first serve. Check in isn’t until 4 so I don’t know what...

「I looked at many other properties in the area and had a hard time choosing, but I'm glad I chose this hotel over all of the others. The location is perfect - directly on the beach, beautiful pool with pool bar/food, plenty of open space to relax and play, and an area across the street to watch the sunset. They also have chairs/umbrellas and boogie boards to rent, so no need to source these items on your own. Our room with a patio overlooking the ocean was beautiful. Plenty of room for a family...

「I would not stay here again. The hotel was disappointing and did not live up to its listing or the price we paid. Our room had black mold in the shower, which was unacceptable. The pool was small, looked dingy, and was out of service for two days while awaiting chemicals. The listing advertised complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, but they were unavailable for the first several days of our stay. Since we were told they weren’t available, we ended up buying our own. About halfway through...
