「The room was clean the property is close to Biltmore estate and lots of other things to do. The issue was the extras the fitness room was out of order, the hot tub at pool was out of order, the luggage cards are a triangle shape and not very sturdy I had two people tell me they tipped over while full one taking a lady with it to the ground. The second day the television went out and we were told it was a city wide problem, hard to believe the whole town lost television for four days.」

「Very friendly check in. Excellent location and beach. Perfect for walks. Nice pools. Room was a disappointment. Not as clean as I wished. Fridge froze all the fruit. The bedroom window faced the outer hallway and only had slats. Lots of light came in and I couldn't sleep. Bed squeaked. Sooo as much as I love Wrightsville Beach I won't be coming back here.」

「The A/C was turned off for well over fours hours and when we went to check out, one of the elevators wasn’t working. On a Friday when people are leaving with carts full of belongings.」

「Like the convenience to access the beach. Did not care for valet parking. Needs to increase frequency of cleaning, saw debris on the hallway carpet that lasted about a day, The towel collection bins were overflowing. Garbage bins overflowing. Pool bathrooms can use more frequent cleaning. Lack of sufficient number of water filling station and ice, should be in very floor. The bathroom sliding door was broken. The AC unit is extremely loud. The partition in the shower is two small lots of water...

「Views from balcony were beautiful! Great value for oceanfront room. No gym to speak off & wish breakfast was included but otherwise, nice looking interior & exterior spaces. We will go back!」

「The room I was given room 136 on the first floor. It was right beside the elevator. I didn’t realize that I would be able to hear the elevator go up and down all night which was frustrating. The hotel is nice but that specific room should not be used or something should be done to soundproof the room more.」
