「Balcony is super small if you have only a partial ocean view. Big enough only to stand on. Staff was amazing. I was literally washing my hair and realized there was no conditioner. It was brought to the room in less than 2 min. Room was very clean and updated. The pool was crowded most of the time but that was expected. The only issues I can think to mention is some of the staff at the outdoor restaurant/bar are very rude. Where others (we had Chi once and she was amazing) were great. So that...
