「Nothing close by to walk and not a great neighborhood. No dishes pots or pans or coffee maker nor any in lobby. Byo it no rental u will have to buy.. No thanks wasnt worth the cost of the room to not get the efficiency part..」

「Our flight arrived late, we got there after 12am. Upon check in the staff was very rude. We went to our room which was not clean, food on the floor bugs crawling around. We asked for another room, the male worker said it was no other room. He proceeded to tell us we can leave, that’s exactly what we did. I contacted Expedia for a refund, the male that checked us in marked us as a no show. I have videos and pictures. 」

「Breakfast was good rooms where nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.」

「You definitely get what you pay for. There was very little to no water pressure and could certainly use some updating. Not terrible for just a night but would not recommend for anything longer. 」

「Given its location in iffy downtown Wilmington, the hotel’s outdoor parking lot up the block was an insurance risk. The furnishings constituted a 3-star Corporate Ad for Plastics. Happy Hour was pleasant if you wanted to mingle with young backpack-equipped corporate sales novices attending a motivational conference. The breakfast buffet included almost completely cold scrambled eggs (just enough heat to keep the bacteria multiplying: another insurance risk—we both came down with diarrhea the...

「Dead roaches on the floor. Described as a suite but was a very small single room. Breakfast poor and not as described. Parking and general property felt unsafe. No elevator to reach upper floor. Odd "decor". Overall extremely poor and beyond disappointing.」

「Breakfast was good and fresh! It was cold that night so I didn't get a chance to enjoy the outside. However, I was disappointed that I booked a king size bed and I received double beds. I don't mind double beds but I got the room because I enjoyed the kingsize bed when I originally stayed at that hotel.」

「ホテルの部屋は広く、アクセシブルルームを選んだので小さい子供たちの入浴も楽にできた（風呂場が広く、シャワーもホースがついている）。しかし、チェックイン時に案内された部屋は、部屋について確認してわかったのだが通常の部屋だったので、再度変更を依頼した。 朝食はエッグやシリアルなどあったが、種類は多くは無く、スペースが狭いので込み合っていた。 冬のプールは、同じ敷地内のエンバシースイートを利用するよう案内があった。 同じ値段で宿泊するなら、エンバシースイートのほうが良いかもしれないと思ったが、個人差があると思われる。」
