"Pool under construction"

"Second time staying at Paris. It felt a little run down (dirty windows, glass on the floor in the hallway that was there for days) in comparison to last time. That said location is fantastic and it was smooth check in. Resort fees were expensive but I believe that’s the case for all on strip hotels. "

"I requested a newly renovated tower king room it was supposed to be “newly renovated” and come with a mini fridge. It had old everything and no mini fridge the shower had several black hairs in it there was pee on the bottom sides of the toilet the duvet cover had a whole in it and it was apparent the night stands on the right side of the bed were not completely cleaned because they had sticky rings maybe from drinks. I know it’s a more economical hotel however I picked newly renovated for a reason and I am very unhappy. I took several pictures of the room and tried to reach out to staff and no one remedied the issues I was told the hotel could not be reached. The room I paid for was not the room that was described in the photos nor did it have the amenities offered "

"Accessible to all other attractions in the strip, the best restaurant Gilley’s, nice to have adjacent/ connecting rooms for big parties, courteous staffs."

"Upon check in, the front desk was super helpful. We were told the room we booked with 2 queen beds wasn’t available but Andy the front desk associate upgraded us to a king suite with wrap around balcony! The food court, restaurants and location are excellent. The housekeeping services were fantastic! Nothing bad to say about our stay, can’t wait to stay here again."
