"The shower was clogged and the staff member wanted me to hold to talk to maintenance. The duvet cover had hair on the bottom of it. The sink had a loose handle on the water faucet. Disappointing since I’ve stayed there many times before."

"This is our new favorite in Las Vegas. We've stayed at Four Seasons, Bellagio, Venetian, Hilton, and others... and although this is a bit of a walk from the main strip, it was SO worth it. My husband and I easily get 20K of steps on vacation and love it, so keep that in mind. However, we were able to walk the entire strip in comfy shoes with no issues. Felt safe, comfortable, and confident we could get back in the same condition. So, it's a little far from the strip but it was honestly so nice not having the crowds as active around the hotel itself. The hotel was also SO beautiful, well maintained, and did NOT smell strongly of cigarette smoke like other high end hotels on the strip do. The food was also great, we had Chez Bon Bon several times, KYU, Cymbiotika, and all were excellent. Already planning a trip back!"
