Siari was a beautiful experience. The staff was great, ve

What a place! I have stayed at many other nice and fancy places and nothing compares to this place. Grand Vellas is on a whole other level. The service is amazing. Eric Santana was amazing! He was our concierge. Two of their restaurants should be michelin rated. Thats how good they are!!! I could go on and on about all of the little things that made this place great but less is more for anyone that reads this. Even their kids club is amazing! So safe and clean. The way it's not...

This is our third year coming to Garza Blanca, and once again we had a great experience. The resort is excellent in every way. The food, service, and rooms are all outstanding. This year we stayed at the new Sanctuary in a two-bedroom suite. The property is beautiful, and every room has an amazing oceanfront view. What really made our stay special was our butler, Marco. He was absolutely amazing. When we arrived, my mother-in-law realized she had forgotten her medication. I told Marco it was...

Todo magnífico, personal, propiedad y ubicación única. 100 recomendado

It’s Michelin Key for a reason ~ perfection in hospitality! A beautiful place to relax. Thank you Alberto, Uli, and the entire staff. I love the chamoy!

My wife and I stayed at the One&Only Mandarina for 8 nights. The resort is amazing - fantastic location, nice beach, very private, good food, and a variety of things to do. There are a few things I think they will work out over time, including: removing the tables around the beach pool and replacing them with cabanas, some maintenance issues in some of the villas (we had a cabinet wall fall off during our stay), offering more coffee than just a small french press, and replacing items in the...

I have travelled throughout the world, stayed in many luxury places, and I should say St Regis experience in Punta Mita was wonderful. Our stay was so great, that we ended up adding three more days. Well trained, respectful and helpfull staff, great food, nice service, superb location on the beach, excellent beach service, great room accommodations, especially the bathroom and outdoor shower, nice spa- St Regis offers it all. One tiny flaw - the gift shop item selections are very limited and...

My girlfriend and I are 29 years old and were looking for a quiet beach with amazing service to enjoy each other's company and this place was perfect. The service was second to none and the food was amazing. We also liked that we were the youngest people there so there wasn't any beer funneling or annoying kids running around. We went in February and had the run of the place. Anywhere we wanted to be on the beach was free and the best views at each restaurant were always available when we...

We loved everything about this property and already booked a trip to return! We travel quite a bit and are not easily impressed but Mousai is impeccable. The views and service are amazing!

First off, this review might sound like I work there, but please trust me,I 100% do not.Our first time to Garza Blanca.I also never write reviews, but I had to do one for here.Regardless,This hotel to the nines. My family and I just came back from an absolutely amazing vacation at Garza Blanca. We normally stay at Four Seasons or Ritz or other very high end resorts. They weren't available so we gave Garza Blanca a shot. From the moment we arrived, we were granted by the manager Alan, and he was so...

I loved the infinity pools and swim up bar. The view was incredible. We went 7/12/21 through 7/17/21 and the weather was perfect every single day. It was a soft opening so we expected it to not be perfect but it was still great. The room said Junior Ocean View but it was only a partial view and the view of the ocean is kinda far away. It’s not a beach view. A few other things happened that I attributed to the soft opening so I won’t put that on here. We had a blast.

Never stayed at a five diamond resort before and not sure I’ll ever be able to not stay at one again. The service was next level, food was out of this world good, and the personal butler service was awesome. Will definitely be returning to Hotel Mousai in the future!

This was our first trip to Puerto Vallarta and our first trip to Garza Blanca. As soon as we stepped on to their property they were very welcoming and so appreciative that we were there. I love that they put their hand over their heart and say buenos Dias when we walk by. The restaurants had delicious food and the service was impeccable! The house keepers we so sweet and friendly. The pools were clean. The beach so was so wonderful, I love how it was private so you didn’t share the beach with...

Omg... where do I begin? Arrival was FLAWLESS, it seemed as if the entire Conrad Staff greeted us, welcome drink and all. Smiling Faces a-plenty! Our room was SPECTACULAR - we had 2 queen beds with a 'partial' ocean view (there's no bad view on this property). Anything we needed, in room dining, a golf-cart to shuttle us to and forth from the beach, recommendations to restaurants in town, taxis! The Conrad took care of it all and with a SMILE on their face. I was so pleasantly surprised by...

We stayed at Villa Premier in July 2015 for 9 days in the Spa Suite with the all inclusive package. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink and cold towel. As we waited, we received a complimentary 5 minute massage. It was amazing and a great way to begin our honeymoon. The room was large and comfortable it had a view of the pool and beach. I got this suite instead of the honeymoon suite because each of us got a spa service. I got the pedicure while my husband chose the massage....

Incredible experience if you are just interested in staying in a hotel that has everything. Absolutely great for kids. Only thing that was a little odd and I hope they change at some point is they seem to only let you take taxis out vs Uber and they are more expensive.

This was an great option for our family with two younger kids. Staff was very attentive and clearly prioritized the guest experience. Beach and pool areas were outstanding and didn’t feel overly crowded, even though we were there over spring break. Overall, a wonderful experience and hope to return again in the future.
