「Front desk worker Johnathan stood out the most! He is the definition of front desk staff, the face of the hotel as soon as you enter. I can't say a bad thing about him at all. He went out of his way to help us! And he didn't need to. Kind caring, attentive, helpful, perfect customer skills. Friendly and wonderful smile and personality I legit can't say a bad thing about him! Just cause of him I will be back. And top it off, cleanest hotel room I've stayed in! Clean, comfy, welcoming. 「I had been traveling for several days in a row and was exhausted so I requested a room where I would have peace and quiet. Front desk did the best they could. I slept very peacefully. I thanked her! I stay there every year when I go to Brookings, it is clean and feels like home.」

「7 family members stayed 4 nights as we watched our son/grandson/brother/nephew play his last college baseball games. The house was perfect for us. Convenient to campus, ball field, meals, and stores. Hot tub was hot and perfect after sitting in wind and cold at the ball games. Nice living / dining area to sit and visit. Molly, our host was helpful and responsive. All in all, a very nice visit」
