「Nice clean rooms and a beautiful setting. The way we were treated was disappointing. One Example - My family were asked to stand to the side after ordering In coffee shop while locals were served and their food prepared and then after sometime we were told our items were no longer available. Please treat everyone with respect.」

「Llder property under renewal. Breakfast was average - not bad at all - just average - dealing with trying to put off with renovations, lack of staff, reduced amenities - -- sure didn't get what i paid for nor what I expected from the pictures and descriptions.」

「This was one of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels we have had the pleasure of staying in. The room wax clean, staff was attentive and prompt and our experience was all in all very pleasant. The lady that worked in the breakfast area was top notch. She was personable, attentive, and worked very hard to make sure all guests were cared for and felt at home.」

「Did not like the fact that I could not connect to the phone number given on the site. I called 25 times without being able to talk. I got lucky that I found someone on the location who knew where the keys were. The stove was not working when I reached. The electric kettle was not working. 」

「Unfortunately, the age of this motel is showing to the extreme. Bed was lumpy at best, no place to put a suitcase except the floor or bed, no Kleenex. I feel badly for owners that do not have the funds to improve or update their property.」

「The space is excellent and the home was well appointed for both adults and children. Close to Olgebay and many features of Wheeling area. 」
