We had a wonderful time at wheeling island casino hotel ,rooms were great clean comfortable mattress and pillows ,and the shower was great. THE Buffet was very good 29.00 per person plenty of food and desserts . We had a great time betting on the dog racing 20 races won 7 races so much fun.know microwave in the room,but small refrigerator and coffee pot.On each floor the is a ice machine and snacks Machine

Awesome time and great price for just one night. However I wish they would have specified that you have to have a card on you for a $25 refundable fee that will be paid back the next day. We arrived for check-in at 4, as advised, and we were told they didn't have enough clean rooms yet and to come back in 45 minutes to an hour. The time passed and I was once again told they didn't have any rooms available yet and that they would call me when they were. Another hour passed without any notice so I went back to check and they greeted me saying "oh there you are! we have a room now!"

Friendly staff, new rooms, great decor. Fresh and clean...great value, color scheme, amenities. Overall an excellent experience and we will book again! The renovations were amazing...had a "Las Vegas-ey" feel to it. Great job!!

Room was clean, tub and fixtures were dated. Staff was great. Valet was included in our stay and the gentleman was awesome. Would recommend and stay again. 24hour food court was delicious and fairly priced. Drink prices were also fair.

I found a bed bug in my bed on the last day of my trip. The hotel staff told me to contact Expedia to receive a refund. I asked to get written conformation this happened to me and all they gave me was $30 free play coins. When I call Expedia, they gave me $75 credit with them. Now Expedia claims they aren't able to contact the hotel, and the hotel claims they haven't heard from Expedia. Honestly, I hate complaining and I didn't know what to do. The housekeeper took the dead bug, and the lobby person said Expedia would handle the refund. I didn't ask for it I was offered it and now I'm being given the run around. The sad part was I loved my trip. I understand things like this happen and it's beyond the hotels control. I'm sure they're going to take care of it. However, what's not be handled properly is my treatment in this matter.
