"Clean room… close to the casino "

"We had to switch rooms because the heater was noisy and kept us up at night. The pool water was gross and so was the hot tub. We went in it and got out very quickly. The breakfast you pay for is really not worth it. It's a bistro style breakfast and you don't get a lot to pick from and you don't get enough to eat. For what I spent on the room for 4 nights was not worth it at all. Was very disappointed in our stay. They didn't even give us any money back for the squealing heater that kept us up for 2 nights. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. "

"Going thru renovations. Made stay pleasant. Had hick up of room being cleaned before we got there but they were accommodating for the stay and corrected everything immediately. I would stay again. "

"The pool was outstanding plus the hot tubs. There are so many activities to do outside. The kids stayed very busy. Room was super clean and everything you needed. Everyone was polite. I had an accident at breakfast with the pancake waffle maker. The lady from the front desk came and helped me. She was amazing. She did not make me feel badly at all told me to sit down and enjoy my breakfast and she even bought me a fresh waffle I wish I had gotten her name. I know she was from the front desk, but she was amazing."

"Friendliness "

"Under construction never told how to get to our room as the elevator closest to lobby was not operable. Ice machine not operating had to go two floors down to get ice. Had an over 300 person party and as a guest of the hotel-we were secondary in their concerns. Had to walk through the party to get to the lobby. Very embarrassing as they had formal wear and we were in travel clothes. Had a great burger in the restaurant. But the construction was not a pleasant dinner accompaniment. Restaurant didn’t open till 4, construction should have stopped at that time. Not sure who manages this hotel but they are lacking in their ability to make sure all quests are happy. Never have had an experience like this in a Hilton property. Very disappointing. Do better."
