"The sheets were stained, the checkin staff were uncommunicative, the room smelled of smoke, and there were limited dining or shopping options. We tried to get food delivered by Grab, but even that was canceled by the restaurant. Our room key stopped working for no reason and we had to get it fixed. At one point, somebody opened our door, but couldn’t get in because of the lock chain. I assume that was the cleaning staff. They could have knocked. I’m not disappointed. It was very cheap...

"The Tune Hotel at KLIA2 is perfectly located only a couple of minutes walk from both the Departures/Arrivals halls. It's ideal for overnight stopovers in KL, especially late check-ins. It's clean, has really comfy beds and a great shower. Whilst some may view the rooms as basic, there are multiple power points, a TV with English speaking channels, good air conditioning, a hair dryer, towels, soap and shampoo provided, plus 2 bottles of water per day. "Less than 10 TV channels. Thin walls. They put me in a cheaper room than the one I paid for. Don't pay for breakfast if you are only 1 person. Front desk staff mostly unfriendly. Overall Ok, but I would not stay there again, as I did not enjoy my stay and thought it was poor value."

"Location is very good, near to komtar. The new lane food street is jusr a street away with lots of famous street foods. Many food courts along the main streers too. Only that the towels used in the hotel is not absorbent. No toothbrush is supplied. "
