「My friend and I had a wonderful stay at The Cave for her special birthday. The staff were very efficient and helpful and on hand if you needed anything. Both the restaurants were superb couldn’t fault anything. Very nice and clean rooms, with tea/coffe facilities and a in room bar/snack fridge. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here! And we’ll definitely be back!」

「It was a hot summer when I stay the hotel. My room does not have any air conditionings. The nights were so hot to sleep well. Hotel wifi were very unstable and the credit card system were down at the restaurant.」

「It situated right in the town centre. A bit chaotic. The bathroom and toilet had no lock and male and female was sharing, that was stressful having to keep an eye on the door.」

「Just a lovely stay in a wonderful relaxing place. Staff were helpful, friendly and efficient beyond expectations. Our room was beautifully appointed. I'd recommend booking a ground-floor room if possible; there is no elevator and the staircases are narrow and twisty, not to the point of being dangerous or anything, but for a couple in our 70s, we needed some help getting our luggage up and down stairs. The included breakfast is several steps above the waffle-machine-and-day-old-eggs offered so...

「It is on the motorway to London from Dover or channel tunnel. Very convinient as there is 24 hours cafe and shop next door. We were on the way to Legoland with 2 kids, and we found it very clean and comfortable. The service was also nice and family friendly. We will be happy to use the place again. Price is so reasonable!」

「Far too hot to sleep in, handheld fans will not blow hot air around a room so really uncomfortable Shower water pressure was awful. You’d get a better shower in fine rain.」

「It’s not worth being called a hotel」

「写真の部屋よりかなり劣ります。バスルームはバスタブ付きで広かったことは良かった。部屋も広かったことは良かった。不便だったことはベットメイキングは朝に頼まないと来ないこと、ドライヤーがない、コンセントがデスクにしかないことです。しかし、チャタム駅から近くショッピングエリアも近いのでまた滞在するときは選ぶかもしれません。」

「Historic character inn with rooms right in the centre of town. Parking is available in nearby municipal pay and display car parks - but do check with the hotel beforehand for details of which to park in as the closest is a short stay with a maximum stay of only 4 hours. There is a separate long stay car park within walking distance. Bedrooms have been stylishly brought up to twenty first century standards. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.」

「Third time staying here due to the positive previous experiences. The positive streak continued with a great room featuring a fantastic air-conditioning unit which kept me cool in the June heat. A wonderful workout ensued in their very well-equipped gym set up. This was followed by a powerful shower and I went to dine nearby. Had a great night's sleep before a well-cooked breakfast got my day started perfectly. Can't wait to come back.」
