「Clean and quiet, just what we were looking for!」

「Beautiful property, hidden, private, serene, peaceful. The cabin was adorable and stocked with anything you could ever need. We were there during over 100 degree weather and high humidity - the AC worked beautifully. We were off site, most of the time, and I do wish we could have spent more time there relaxing. The owners were pleasant and friendly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Christina & "East Coast Dan." New Hampshire」

「The home was warm and welcoming when we got there. We very much appreciated the Christmas decorations that were left up for us.」

「The apartment itself was cute and clean inside, but wasn’t advertised as accurately as it should’ve been. There’s literally a door next to the headboard of the bed that goes into another dwelling and we left a day early as someone was actually hammering on the other side of the wall before 9 am. The internet and tv didnt work the first night. Not a lot else to do on a Sunday night in Chariton besides keep chasing the feral cats away that make the entire foundation of the apartment their litter...

「Perfect place for the three of us for our hunting trip. Will try and get it again in the future.」

「Great place to stay for a quick getaway near the lake for fishing.」

「All the cabins on the property appear be getting exterior renovations. Cabin #4 looked like it had recieved minor exterior repair with other places needing minor attention. Overall the cabins look solid and sturdy with great integrity. Very accommodating amenities to comfortably sleep and house the 4 of us plus our pup.The cabin essentials were in good operating condition with a back-up window AC that did a wonderful job keeping the unit cool and comfortable. The coffee pot needed a deeper clean...

「We were expecting a "cozy cabin" and instead were given a home away from home! The entire place was fully stocked, and tastefully decorated to make you feel comfortable and welcome and simply blessed! My hat's off to the host for their obvious tlc that must go into maintaining such a great place for a get away!」

「 Everything was great comfortable lil cabin for 2 people would book again 」

「Have stayed here before and will come back again! So quiet and clean! Love the shelter also. Very nice host!」

「Cozy, comfy get away. Owners very easy to reach and responsive to a problem we had (that was in no way their fault). 」

「Cozy cabin with a fantastic view of the local fireworks.」

「Great location for boating at lake Rathbun. Quiet neighborhood. We would stay again. Definitely recommend it.」

「This was a fantastic VRBO…I’ve never had a host contact me as soon as I booked to thank me for renting their place! & that was just the start…Randy gave us directions of where to fish, along with leaving us a map. If I had a question, he answered right away. The house was incredibly stocked, ie: paper towels, napkins, shampoo, soap…the list goes on & on. I’m sure we will be back & I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!」

「We had 12 women for a girls weekend. It's a great property with everything you need. Pool is amazing. Highly recommend」
