「The staff was wonderful, and helpful. The room seemed clean. There were some improvements in the room, but it was lacking a lot. There was no USB port for me to plug in to charge my phone. No clock. I had to go to the front desk to get a TV remote. The shower curtain rod was loose, so the curtain wouldn't hang right and the floor got wet.」

「The room was large, but the bathroom was dirty and the toilet was leaking and had towels on the floor. When we mentioned that there was towels on the floor, they said yes because the toilet is leaking and we have no other rooms. So he changed the towels on the floor for us. Overall, it was dirty and rundown. The front doors were grimy, and I was scared to touch them. The bed was comfortable enough and the room was quiet other than people right outside my door with children」

「Very convenient, the breakfast was amazing and we loved that the room did not have carpet. The property and interior (besides the room) could use some updating.」

「The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean other than the chair looking very dirty and stained. It was comfortable for one night after camping for the past three nights.」

「There were bugs throughout ! The property does not have be an ice machine”it is too wasteful “. I won’t stay here again!」

「The value was fabulous! We loved the downtown location, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was so kind and helpful, we had a couple issues, and they addressed them immediately. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. We will stay here again!」

「Great place to stay. Rooms are large.」

「The rooms were very clean and nice, lounge was very nice. Food was good. We stayed on a Saturday night into Sunday. The breakfast on Sunday was a little on the weak side. They don’t have any staff for breakfast on Sunday mornings.」

「The staff were mostly helpful and very nice, specially the receptionist in the afternoon and the last at the breakfast. The room is just fine but the room service was not even. Do not stay in room 210 because of the noise of washing machine or something in the middle of the night.」

「Everything was good, however, breakfast was not upto expectations.」

「The hotel proved to have an excellent location with free, easy parking. Facilities were good and the rooms well maintained.」
