The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. I actually tried to sleep on the couch thinking it might be better and it was not. I should have tried the floor. If I could have gotten my money back I would have left after the first night. We checked in on a Friday and out on a Tuesday and the room was not cleaned one time. We asked them to come and clean it and the front desk said they will get to it. We ended up just going down and asking for new towels since they never gave us fresh ones. We will not stay at a hampton inn again.

I booked & paid for this hotel weeks in advance and reserved a room with two queen beds and when arrived they said they overbooked and gave us a room with a king bed with couch that had a pull out mattress. The pull out mattress was uncomfortable and our teenage daughter didn't sleep on it so we all had to sleep in the king bed which was the purpose of having two beds reserved. The whole point of making a reservation for a room and paying in advance is to make sure you get the room your choosing and paying for. Disappointed that reservations are not honored and defeats the purpose of reserving a room of your choice. The staff was nice and tried to be accommodating. I just don't understand how you book a hotel and they give away your reservation.

The luggage car had a broken wheel and rhe orher one in poor shape. When we left one morning to attend a funeral, a younger black girl was sleepi g at the desk and showed no effort to help us with a question. The taller thin lady with short blonde hair was great to work with but into a conversation that wasn't her business. The room was okay but bit as nice Hampton as we are used to.

The facility is dated. The first room given didn't have a functioning heating unit, it would not turn on and the temp was 61 degrees. The second room had a space heater for the heat. The third room was acceptable. Through it all the front end desk clerk was extremely competent and helpful, and cheerful. She should be given a medal!

We never had a hot shower the whole time. There was a fight on the second floor on Saturday night which woke the whole floor. The police were called. There were people smoking by our car in the parking lot. It was just not what we have come to expect from Hampton Inns.

We arrived about 3:30 but our room was not ready and it took about 30 minutes for them to finish which was a little disappointing. However, the staff have been terrific, the pool wasn't too cold, the hot tub was not too hot, and the beds were comfy.

The front desk staff were friendly, but that’s the best thing I can say about my stay. Hilton used to be top tier but now it’s cheaply made items in room. I’ve noticed this my last couple stays at Hiltons. Then, I left my phone charger next to the bed in my room and went back for it within a couple hours….was told it wasn’t there. It’s the only spot I used it so that didn’t make sense. Tore my vehicle apart just to be sure. One too many negatives for me to use this franchise anymore.
