「Clean, comfortable, convenient」

「Clean room, nice pool」

「30 years ago my husband and I stayed at this hotel on our first trip to MT. We were so impressed with the cooked to order breakfast back then and I was amazed they still offer it today! The hotel could use a little updating, but the staff and breakfast made our trip down memory lane worthwhile!」

「The staff was not eager to greet anyone. The walls and ceiling are paper thin. We could hear littles running around past midnight in the room above us and you could hear kids running up and down the halls. Our restroom was not very clean. It was dusty and there were small hairs in the shower and on the toilet. Breakfast staff was very welcoming but they were unable to keep up. I think they were short staffed. I wouldn’t stay there again just because the lack of noise protections.」

「The TV did not work, and no effort was made to get it working. Guests in adjacent room were loud and racous. Their TV was on the entire night, making it hard for us to sleep」

「Here’s the deal. They only clean the room every other day. I am not sure why but they do. But even though it was cleaned every other day I had to call for supplies everyday. Shampoo and conditioner were both empty. Toilet wasn’t stocked. I had to call for towels. And there was no hot water in the shower. :(. They need to do cleaning everyday and stock the rooms. 」

「The staff who cleaned the rooms was very nice and helpful. The manager will charge for absolutely anything he can. They don't like to give out clean towels or blankets it's ridiculous since you pay for that. Dog rooms smell like smoke. However the prices are decent.」

「The staff were mostly helpful and very nice, specially the receptionist in the afternoon and the last at the breakfast. The room is just fine but the room service was not even. Do not stay in room 210 because of the noise of washing machine or something in the middle of the night.」

「My king room was beautiful. The staff was fine. But I had a particularly reserved this room to be able to have an early morning swim and hot tub before my whole day of training. Upon attempting to enter the pool area at 7 AM when it opened, I was very disappointed to find out they had is closed for cleaning at the exact hours that it was slatedto be open. This time to enjoy what I had anticipated setting the tone for my day. This was a big disappointment. 」

「The unit we stayed in was spacious and clean. It’s older but seems to be quite well maintained other than the heating/ air conditioning unit continually makes a popping noise that sounds like a bug zapper. I’m a light sleeper and didnt get a restful sleep. If you’re not a light sleeper it’s a descent place, especially for the price. 」
