「Rooms were clean, friendly staff but room service could be better. ATV was not working.」

「They refused my prepaid reservation because my India drivers license was expired and I do not have an Aadhaar card. They did not accept my Canadian passport. There was no mention on the webpage that only Indian nationals are allowed to stay. The lobby and reception looked very nice and I was looking forward to my stay.」

「Booked room 1 month prior but while the time of checkin the rooms weren’t available! Our check in was at 11 or 12 but we came around 1 only but still rooms weren’t ready and we had to wait for longer period. We booked 7 rooms where as they gave only 2-3 room keys around 2 and 3pm and they gave rest keys around 5 pm only! Very worst management」

「Great stay! Exceptional service and food. A memorable holiday truly!」

「Entire staff were excellent and looked after us very well. Jayalaxmi in Spa was exceptional and so was the chef and all the staff at the restaurant. I would highly recommend this resort. I wish we had more time」
