Wonderful stay with the friendliest staff. Manager Meenakshi was warm, welcoming and accommodated our every need. Chef Saikruthi won us over with her warm hospitality and attention to detail in ensuring our food experience was amazing. The location of this hotel within walking distance to shopping areas makes them easy to access without traffic delays.

The property was being refurbished while we were there but they kept this to the absolute minimum impact on guests. We ate in every night which is not something I normally do when staying at a hotels. The food in every one of the onsite restaurants was outstanding. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. The gardens were wonderful, we had the horticultural tour with Hema, the gardens horticulturalist, who explained the various plants and the plans for future plants. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever had, it not as big as other hotels but the dishes are exceptional

Great location, very secure, great service by staff, very clean, great amenities. Food is expensive but I suppose that’s what you’d expect from top hotels. But you are not bound to eating here as there are many options outside the hotel within walking distance. Will definitely consider staying again.
