The staff and service in this hotel is very good. Main dining and two speciality restaurants are good but their lobby coffe shop and options not good. Laundry service excellent. Stayed here a few times and happy to go back again

The property is new and the design of the hotel is well thought out and the furniture and bed and amenities are all world class. The location is in a new development so it is a little out of the way. Bangalore traffic is a concern if you need to go into the city. Outside of the hotel there is not much going on. There is a mall that you could consider as an activity. The staff is great and they make you feel at home. They are very attentive to your needs. The breakfast was included and was quite extensive and everything tasted great. Again the staff at the restaurant are very helpful and have a high regard for hospitality. Overall we loved our stay at the Leela Bhartiya city.

Excellent service, great staff. Beautiful location and building. The Falak Restaurant was great, room was beautiful and well kept. Definitely one of the top hotels in the city and decently close to the airport. The Bharatya City Mall was connected and great as well.
